For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "tayabet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the tayabet platform and its operating entity, including all affiliated services, websites, and applications operating under the tayabet brand.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tayabet platform in any capacity.

• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon successful completion of the tayabet registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's tayabet account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus credits subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to any promotional funds, free spins, or incentive credits awarded by tayabet that are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or where tayabet has determined it cannot legally offer its services.

By accessing the tayabet platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by tayabet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform – whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access. The terms are effective from the date of your first access to the tayabet platform.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by tayabet or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous tayabet account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

To access the full range of tayabet services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one tayabet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tayabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Verification: tayabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

tayabet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these terms or applicable law.

All financial transactions on the tayabet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers through participating Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. tayabet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the tayabet platform. Deposits made solely for the purpose of money transfer or currency exchange are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• tayabet reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. tayabet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification completion.
• Bonus credits and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable conditions have been met.
• tayabet reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

tayabet may offer bonuses, promotions, free credits, and other incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or coordinated activity with other players may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• tayabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts is prohibited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, tayabet's decision shall be final and binding.

All games available on the tayabet platform are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

• Random Number Generators: All tayabet games that rely on random outcomes use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results or by the size of a player's bet.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, tayabet reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. tayabet's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Disconnection: tayabet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in live games.
• Game History: tayabet maintains records of all game transactions. In the event of a dispute, the records held by tayabet's system shall be the authoritative source of truth.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayabet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information in live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to tayabet immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or tayabet staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.

All content on the tayabet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of tayabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tayabet platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the tayabet platform without prior written consent from tayabet.
• The tayabet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of tayabet. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to tayabet may be used by tayabet without any obligation to compensate you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayabet's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• tayabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• tayabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayabet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• tayabet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
• tayabet is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

Nothing in these terms shall limit tayabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tayabet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By registering on the tayabet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the tayabet Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• tayabet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

tayabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tayabet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the tayabet platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the tayabet platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
